The work includes Construction management services for the construction of Fleetwood Reservoir, Hellings Tank No. 2 and Capilano Raw Water Pump Station Backup Power projects. The successful Proponent will provide a full-time on-site Construction Manager with support of their Claims Assessor, Scheduler, and Project Sponsor. One Senior Construction Manager as defined through RFQ 21-383 is requested to be assigned to each project. The same Claims Assessor, Scheduler, and Project Sponsor is to be used for all three projects, as further detailed in Section 00100, Scope of Services. |
