The Corporation intends to construct a new approximately 350 square meter stand‐alone building to serve as a consolidated workspace for the Corporation’s operations and education staff working in the Watershed & Environmental Management Division (WEM). This building will serve as a combined administration and public education facility which will include office space, a multipurpose meeting area, and storage. The major scope of work for the construction of this new multipurpose, ground‐level, wood‐ frame building is expected to generally include site preparation, materials and labour supply, utility services, landscaping, educational display fabrication and installation, provision, coordination, and scheduling of all required trades and labour, and coordination of third party architects, engineers, and District of North Vancouver building officials.
