The scope includes the design of a new, higher capacity outfall pipe necessary to facilitate the Northwest Langley Waste Water Treatment Plant expansion. The outfall will extend from the wastewater treatment plant to the main channel of the Fraser River where a diffuser manifold will disperse treated wastewater. The new outfall pipe will support regional growth while enhancing seismic resilience and ensuring reliable, safe wastewater management.
