The work includes a new water supply tunnel, designed to meet current seismic standards and provide increased capacity to meet future demand. An environmental auditor will be hired to provide oversight during construction. This role will report directly to the Corporation, and oversee, inspect and evaluate the construction contractor and the contractor’s environmental monitors as detailed in Section 00 24 10. |
