The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for the construction of the Coquitlam Main No. 4 Central Section – Early Works project, located along Pipeline Road, Coquitlam BC. The Work includes third-party power pole and underground utility relocations (for BC Hydro, Telus and Rogers), and supply and installation of new Metro Vancouver fibre (to be owned by the Corporation) and new City of Coquitlam streetlighting. The Work also includes tree clearing, modifications to existing City of Coquitlam water and sewer infrastructure and permanent surface restoration to accommodate these installations. The intent of the Coquitlam Main No. 4 Central Section – Early Works project is to complete third-party relocations and Phase 1 installation of Metro Vancouver fibre to clear a corridor along Pipeline Road for the future Coquitlam Main No. 4 Central Section construction. |
