The purpose of this RFP is to invite eligible parties to submit proposals to Metro Vancouver for contingency transportation and disposal services for variable quantities of MSW, including collection of MSW from Metro Vancouver’s Recycling and Waste Centres and transportation of such MSW to a permitted facility for disposal. |
