The work includes services encompassing business and strategic advisory services; independent appraisal services; transactional services; property management services; environmental services; and professional survey services.  The Corporation is seeking Services under six (6) broad categories on an as if and when needed basis during the term of the contract as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services.   The term of any Agreement is expected to be a 5-year period, with two (2) possible one (1) year extensions, for a maximum total term of 7 years.
