The Greater Vancouver Water District, also referred to as Metro Vancouver (the “Corporation”) seeks construction management services (the “Services”) to ensure that construction of the South Section will be completed on time and on budget, as well as meeting all technical requirements. The successful Proponent is to apply and integrate comprehensive project management controls to effectively manage time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and safety of the proposed Work.
