To provide Real Estate Appraisal Services on an “as
and when required” basis for a three (3) year term
with one additional two (2) year extension option
subject to mutual agreement in writing by the
parties. Provide appraisals and other valuation
services, including appraisals and other valuations
estimating the value of fee simple and/or leasehold
interests and/or appropriate compensation for
statutory rights-of-way, injurious affection, and
disturbance damages
