It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one or more agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with up to five (5) successful Proponents (“Service Providers”) for each category, however, the Corporation reserves the right to award Master Agreements to a lesser or a greater number of Service Providers, under which the parties may enter into separate contracts from time to time for Services for specific projects. The Corporation reserves the right to extend the Master Agreement to other Corporation’s entities. The Master Agreement will have three (3) year term, in accordance with the terms of the Master Agreement (the “Term”). 

The work includes provision of Surveying & Geomatics Services for planning, design and construction of multiple water, liquid waste and solid waste infrastructure projects in the Metro Vancouver region. That also includes surveying & geomatics services required for Operation and Maintenance of Metro Vancouver assets on as, if and when required basis (the “Services”). The Services are structured into (5) categories as below and detailed in Section 00100 of the Master Agreement.
o Category 1: Legal Survey Services
o Category 2: Engineering Survey Services
- Topographic Survey
- Terrestrial Laser Scanning
- Tunneling Survey
- Vertical and Horizontal Displacement and/ or Deformation Monitoring
- Construction Survey
- Geodetic Control Network Survey
- UAV operation (Photogrammetry and/or LiDAR)
o Category 3: Geomatics Consulting and Survey Project Management
o Category 4: Bathymetric Survey Services
o Category 5: Utility Locating, Ground Penetrating Radar and Utility Mapping
