The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for the upgrade and retrofit of the HVAC systems serving the Sludge Control Building No. 1 and No. 2 electrical rooms at the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP). The project is intended to replace aging equipment, enhance system reliability, and improve overall energy efficiency. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of temporary cooling during construction, coordination with the Corporation to accommodate required shutdowns, removal and disposal of existing HVAC systems and associated components, supply and installation of new HVAC equipment, completion of all associated mechanical and electrical works, and execution of system commissioning and operator training.
