The following represents a summary of the anticipated scope for the construction: 1.Provision, installation and commissioning of new Gateway (GWY) Control Panels. 2. Installation and commissioning of Corporation supplied MPX Control Panels. 3. Provision of 120VAC power supply wiring for the new control panels. 4. Provision of new Ethernet CAT6 wiring for the existing Motor Control Centers (MCC) and MPX Control Panels. 5. Demolition of the existing ABB INFI90 CAB Control Panels. 6. Demolition of existing MPC, MPD and MPA INFI90 I/O Marshaling Panels. 7. Retrofit of the existing MCC installed Mitsubishi VFDs to Modbus TCP controls. 8. Retrofit of the existing hardwired MCC FVNR motor starters to Intelligent Smart Overloads over Modbus TCP. 9. Rewiring of the existing hardwired MCC FVNR motor starters to new MPX ABB S800 & Select IO based Control Panels. 10. Removal of control and analog wiring between the MCC and MPX control panels which is not required. 11. Rewiring of the existing control and analog cables from the existing MPC, MPD and MPA control panels to MPX control panels. 12. Provision of new single mode fiber patch cords c/w flexible tubing. 13. Installation and termination of new single mode fiber wiring. 14. Coordination with Corporation for all necessary equipment shutdowns. 15. Attending coordination and construction meetings with the Corporation and Consulting Engineer personnel. 16. Removal and disposal of the existing MPA, MPC, MPA and CAB control panels. 17. Provide all labeling for cables, wires and other equipment as per Corporation’s standards. 18. Prepare and submit submittals for approval by the Corporation and the Corporation’s Consulting Engineer for all cables, GWY Control Panels, motor starters, smart overloads, MCCs and other equipment prior to procurement. 19. Submit all required documentation for the closure of the Project as required by the Corporation. |
