The Corporation is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake a regional Thermal Energy Networks (TENs) Opportunity Analysis based on developing/applying a robust, locally calibrated energy system model. The model will integrate spatial, infrastructure, and energy data to identify, analyze, and prioritize high-potential TEN deployment areas and pathways. The work includes model-driven optimization, lifecycle cost competitiveness analysis, and strategic assessment of priority zones. Outputs will support evidence-based decision-making on where, what, and when TENs can be deployed to advance emissions reduction, energy resilience, and long-term regional energy planning.
