Metro Vancouver, through the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District (the Corporation) invites responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the operation and maintenance of five (5) recycling and waste centres. The intent of this RFQ is seek statement of qualifications (Responses) from parties and short-list up to five (5) Respondents to participate in one or both Request for Proposals as follows: (i) A Request for Proposal for the operation and maintenance of the United Boulevard Recycling and Waste Centre, North Shore Recycling and Waste Centre, and North Surrey Recycling and Waste Centre; and/or (ii) A Request for Proposal for the operation and maintenance of the Maple Ridge Recycling and Waste Centre and the Langley Recycling and Waste Centres. |
