The work includes the provision of professional consulting project management services required to undertake Liquid Waste Services (the “LWS”) projects during design and construction of various liquid waste infrastructure projects (the “Services”).  Please refer to Schedule 2 – Section 00100 Scope of Services for an expanded description of the Services.  All in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services and appendices contained herein. It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one or more agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with up to three (3) successful Proponents (“the Consultants”); however, the Corporation reserves the right to award to a greater number of Consultants, under which the parties may enter into separate contracts from time to time for Services for specific projects. The Master Agreement will have an initial term of three (3) years, which may be extended for two (2) one (1) year extensions in accordance with its terms.
