The work includes engineering consulting services for the studies, design, construction management and commissioning of the Cleveland Dam Public Warning System (PWS) and associated safety enhancements, as detailed in section 00100 Scope of Services.


Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 21-456 – Consulting Engineering Services for Cleveland Dam Public Warning System. The (2) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):


• AECOM Canada Ltd.
• BBA Engineering Ltd.
