The scope of work includes repair of the concrete wall in the twelve flocculation tanks, flocculated water influent channel, filter and clarifier perimeter walls, and the filter gallery at the Seymour Capilano Filtration Plant (SCFP) in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. SCFP is an operating water treatment facility and only two flocculation tanks can remain offline at a time for the concrete repair. The flocculation tanks and influent channels are considered confined space. |
