The intent of this Request for Qualification (the “RFQ”) is to seek statements of qualifications (the “Responses”) from parties (the Respondents) interested in furnishing four new dewatering centrifuges for the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP; the Plant) which is owned and operated by the Corporation in the city of Delta, British Columbia.

More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to three (3) Respondents to participate in a future Tender or Request for Proposal (RFP); however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. Depending on the number of Respondents and the quality of their associated Responses, the outcome of this RFQ may lead to: direct purchase; the invitation to participate in a Tender or RFP leading to pre-purchase with novation to a future construction general contractor; or inclusion as a short-listed party in a future Tender or RFP for procurement by a construction general contractor. 

Non-participation in this RFQ will exclude non-Respondents from consideration in all subsequent matters. This is not an invitation to negotiate, a Tender, or a RFP. By participating in this RFQ, each Respondent expressly agrees that no contract of any kind is formed, nor any legal obligations whatsoever arise out of this RFQ.
