The Corporation is seeking remediation consulting services for the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) Upgrades Program. Services will include developing and implementing the IIWWTP Upgrade Program’s Remediation Plan, assisting with procurement of a contractor to conduct remediation, construction supervision of remediation, risk assessment, and assisting the Corporation with applying for and obtaining BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy regulatory Approval in Principal, Notice of Release, and Certificate of Compliance. Remediation consulting services will be award in phases, and will consist of the following: • Phase 1 – Background Information Review, Monitoring & Design • Phase 2 – Construction • Phase 3 – IIWWTP Construction Support The Corporation intends to award Phase 1 to the Successful Proponent. Remaining Phases will be awarded at a later date, subject to satisfactory performance, budget approval, and approval from the Corporation’s contracting authority. |
