Metro Vancouver is seeking consulting services to develop a Fleet Climate Action Strategy which should encompass the following key objectives: • Develop a comprehensive plan to convert some or all internal combustion engine fleet assets to zero emission technologies. • Develop a preliminary zero emission fleet replacement schedule. • Develop a capital and operating budget, and projected cost and emission savings to support business case development and decision-making. • For difficult-to-transition fleet assets where zero emission technologies are not feasible options, an assessment of Renewable Fuels will be required to support a carbon neutral status. |
