The Corporation seeks to replace its current server backup system with a new solution (the “Proposed Solution”) that meets the functional and technical needs as specified in this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”). The Corporation seeks software and professional services for the implementation of an all-encompassing solution to manage backup and recovery of on-premise and cloud servers and systems. The Corporation is interested in a commercially available off-the-shelf solution requiring minimal or no customization to meet its needs.
