The Corporation is seeking to retain a consultant team of qualified professionals with raptor nest monitoring and reporting, environmental regulatory, strategic raptor nest management and bald eagle nest compensation assessment and installation experience in a similar environment to xʷəyeyət (Iona Island) for Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects, as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services (the “Services”). The Services required shall include, but not be limited to: providing permit renewal, a monitoring plan, bald eagle nest monitoring and reporting, compensation assessment, and strategic raptor nest management as well as all other services as may be required. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter into a consulting services agreement (an “Agreement”) with the successful proponent for the Services. The Agreement will have a term of nine (9) years. |
