The work includes Contractor to perform inspection services for Corporation’s Water Chambers to record and report the conditions of the chambers as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services.

It is the intention of the Corporation to enter into a Service Agreement with a qualified Contractor for a period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for one (1) two-year extension upon mutual agreement. The Contractor is to perform inspections services of water chambers without entering confined spaces, to record and report the conditions of the chambers. The Contractor is to dewater chambers when required, and provide traffic control services - if required. The Contractor will also be responsible to obtain all associated permits for the work as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services.
