Provide toxicological laboratory services for the analyses of wastewater and receiving environment samples collected from Metro Vancouver’s discharges and receiving environment (i.e., aqueous and solid samples). Samples will be collected throughout the year and submitted directly from the Corporation or a third party contractor. The laboratory services will involve the time-critical testing of samples for specified acute and/or chronic toxicity tests (freshwater and marine organisms as required). Additionally, the provision of sample containers, coolers/ice packs, synoptic laboratory quality assurance/quality  control (QA/QC),and specialized reporting that includes a review of all lab QA/QC results for each test is required. The initial standing offer agreement shall be for two (2) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year period upon mutual  agreement between the Corporation and the successful Respondent(s).
