The Metro Vancouver Regional District, the Greater Vancouver Water District, the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District, and the Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation (collectively and individually, as the context requires, the “Corporation”) is seeking to procure Asphalt Paving Services from qualified firms on an “as, if and when required” basis as described herein for a two (2) year period with an option to extend for three (3) further one (1) year extension, to a maximum of five (5) years, and upon the mutual agreement of the parties. Contractors are required to have expertise and capacity to deliver required quantities as set out in the Scope of Services, to serve Corporation’s requirements at multiple sites simultaneously.
