The Corporation is seeking electrical and civil engineering services for the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) Upgrades Program. Services will include the complete design, preliminary and detailed, of a temporary construction power substation and associated cable routing to support the IIWWTP upgrade construction; the relocation of the existing IIWWTP incoming main power feeds, and; critical plant backup power to support power feed switch over. Services will also include procurement services, construction engineering services, and post-construction engineering services. Early Works Electrical engineering services will be awarded in phases (note that multiple phases may occur concurrently), and will consist of the following:• Phase 1 – Preliminary Design• Phase 2 – Plant Incoming Main Power Feed Relocation and Critical Plant Backup Power: Detailed Design• Phase 3 – Plant Incoming Main Power Feed Relocation and Critical Plant Backup Power: Construction and Post Construction Engineering Services• Phase 4 – Construction Power: Detailed Design• Phase 5 – Construction Power: Construction and Post Construction Engineering Services. |
