The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for providing construction management at risk (“CMAR”) services to the Corporation in connection with the North Surrey Interceptor Maintenance Hole 35 Sanitary Sewer Overflow Storage Tank Project (the “Project”).
