Description: 

The Corporation is seeking a consultant to perform a Property Condition Assessment (“PCA”) at four Metro Vancouver recycling and waste centres: 

 

  • North Surrey Recycling and Waste Centre;
  • North Shore Recycling and Waste Centre; 
  • United Boulevard Recycling and Waste Centre and;
  • Maple Ridge Recycling and Waste Centre. 

 

Across this course of this multi-year contract, the PCA for each site is to be followed by an annual review for two consecutive years beginning approximately one year after the initial PCA. 

 

A PCA of the recycling and waste centres mentioned above is intended to provide the Corporation with an independent third-party reporting on their condition, which will assist in developing long-term capital budget planning for expenditures related to major repairs and replacements of building components and equipment.
