The work includes provision of professional consulting engineering services for Coquitlam Water Treatment Plant Carbon Dioxide Improvements Project that consists of installing a new carbon dioxide fill station, storage tank, dosing and injection system and carbonic acid generation and injection system as detailed in Section 00100 and Appendix A of this RFP. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 24-468 – Consulting Engineering Services for Coquitlam Water Treatment Plant Carbon Dioxide System Improvements Project. The two (2) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):
