The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for the construction of a recycling depot with recycling building and associated vehicle weigh scale plaza with scale house, administration office, attendant building, storage building, backup power generator, water storage tank, retaining walls and other civil infrastructure.

Following RFQ No. 25-584 the following four entities (the “Proponents”) are eligible to submit a Proposal:

  1. Chandos Construction LP;
  2. Jacob Bros. Construction Inc.
  3. Kenaidan Contracting Ltd.; and
  4. Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd.
