The work includes technical services, including design and construction consulting engineering services, project management support services, and construction field support services (the “Services”) for the completion of the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. It is anticipated that the consulting team performing the Services will be a multidisciplinary team with expertise including (but not necessarily limited to): project management systems for the delivery of large wastewater treatment projects; expertise in procurement, contract administration, design and construction compliance reviews and construction field services and quality management for large wastewater treatment projects; and technical expertise in all design disciplines related to the planning, design, community integration, construction, commissioning, training and operation of large wastewater treatment plants. |
