The work includes the provision of professional consulting engineering services the Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (LIWWTP) Trickling Filter (TF) Refurbishment Engineering Services (the “Project”) as detailed in Section 00100, Scope of Services. Subject to successful negotiations, the initial award may be made for Phase A only. Subsequent phases (Phase B, Phase C1 and Phase C2) may be each awarded, following satisfactory completion of each preceding phase. Refer to Section 00200, Part 9 – Award of Contract. |
