The work includes a Consultant to act as Prime Consultant for the provision of support consulting engineering services for the detailed design and construction phase of the South Surrey Main No. 2 project for the South Section of the alignment as detailed in Section 00 24 10. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 23-386 – Prime Consultant Services for Two Large Diameter Water Main Projects.
