Construction of an Air Management Facility for the Delta Section of the South Surrey Interceptor, located along River Road next to the Alex Fraser Bridge piers. The work includes installation of Metro Vancouver-supplied equipment, civil works, concrete structural works, electrical works and tie-in to the existing grit chamber.
