Greater Vancouver Sewerage & Drainage District (herein referred to as the “Corporation”) invites you to submit a statement of qualifications as a contractor with excellent environmental data management capabilities and experience with transfer of data to the BC Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), to develop an environmental data management plan and procedures for uploading the Corporations environmental monitoring data to the BC EMS. The objective of the work is to identify required steps, set up a work plan, schedule, and budget for developing procedures and automated processes for mapping and uploading to the BC EMS, the Environmental Management and Quality Control Division’s environmental monitoring data encompassing, water, sediment, and biota, which is stored in various formats and data storage mediums. The Corporation is open to someone who is from a firm, but the proposal for support should be for one person from that firm. We are seeking one contact who is able to integrate with and work with our in-house team.
