The work includes the supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of an anaerobic digester pilot facility consisting of four skids containing tanks, pumps, heating equipment, piping, instrumentations, controls, panels, and all ancillaries at the Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant in Richmond, British Columbia, as detailed in Section 01009. All in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and appendices contained herein. Tenders will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 20-120 – Supply, Fabrication, Testing and Commissioning of a Pilot Digestion Optimization Facility at Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.
