The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (“Responses”) from parties (the “Respondents”) interested in Construction of South Surrey Interceptor No. 2 Johnston Road Section Phase IV – Junction Chamber and Tie-in Piping. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to five (5) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposals for Construction of South Surrey Interceptor No. 2 Johnston Road Section Phase IV – Junction Chamber and Tie-in Piping as further detailed in this RFQ (the “Project”); however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents.
