The provision of Consulting Engineering Services for Reservoir Condition Assessments for the Corporation on an “if, as and when required” basis for a three-year period and upon the mutual agreement of the parties. It is the intention of the Corporation to enter into a Master Agreement with up to three firms, however the Corporation may choose other such options that it deems of value. Work will be assigned to individual Respondents “if, as and when required”, based on: expertise, pricing, availability, previous work, responsiveness, and demonstrated ability to provide prompt services. The allocation of work will be at the sole discretion of the Corporation.
