To provide Public Opinion Research Services (quantitative and/or qualitative), on an “if, as and when required” basis as described herein for a three (3) year period. Consultants are required to have expertise in various projects that range from creative assessment to understanding consumer behaviour around public services to policy discussions with residents in the Metro Vancouver region. Methodologies at a minimum will consist of web-based, phone-based, or hybrid thereof, as well as any other methodologies deemed appropriate for the objective/task at hand.
