The work includes the implementing of a Real Time Decision Support System (RTDSS) that meets functional and technical needs a specified in this RFP. The RTDSS will help optimize the wet weather sewer collection operations of the North Surrey Interceptor (NSI) system, with the goal of reducing the number and volume of sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) and their impact on the environment. |
