This is a request to obtain information on commercially available software digital twin solutions to assist Liquid Waste Services (LWS)and Water Services (WS) in making more informed decisions when it comes to the operation , maintenance and optimization of infrastructure assets.  Digital twins may also support taking appropriate actions quickly, ensuring continuous improvements and learning opportunities while optimizing operational costs (chemical and energy) and therefore reducing operational risks.
