The general purpose of the Work is to upgrade the Port Coquitlam Pump Station (PCPS) and increase its pumping capacity to meet future performance requirements. The completed design shall allow a competent contractor to reasonably and efficiently construct the Work, as well as allow the Corporation’s operation and maintenance staff to maintain and operate the new pump station effectively and safely and provide a reliable facility that is resilient and has operational flexibility for future upgrades |
