The Corporation intends to procure a commercially available off-the-shelf Project Management Information
System (PMIS) along with implementation services to implement PMIS to support initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing of its projects across the organization for a variety of project types, sizes and complexities. The selected system is expected to meet all requirements and be capable of implementation with minimal customization; having a limited number of separate applications, modules, or interfaces to be installed, configured, and maintained. The anticipated initial contract term is up to 5 years with the option to extend for 5 additional, 1 year terms at the Corporation’s sole discretion. The contract term may be adjusted as circumstances dictate.
