The Metro Vancouver Regional District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Tenders for Construction Services for the Crippen Service Yard Project. The project consists of: • Construction a new 167.2 SM service yard building and associated elements. • Environmental works, including site drainage and erosion protection of an adjacent creek, • All Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil works outlined in the drawings and specifications, • Demolition and disposal of trailer (see Crippen Service Works Yard Hazardous Materials Survey 2020 Sep 10). |
